Julian listed the fonts for Office, but you should run Font Book validation
after you install other applications like Adobe because they install a lot
of fonts.

Tip: If you select all fonts in Library/Fonts and color code them with a
label, you can check the folder after an install to see what was added and
color code them for that application.
