FWIW, I have found sometimes that pagination is affected by margin settings
or limits of *your* printers vis-à-vis those in the realm of the original
writer/editor. Could that be the case here? If so, can you "fake" it by
loading the drivers for the original printer and "print" from there (at
least previews?) and get things to line up?
