I would find it most helpful if this list community¹s members could tell me the steps by which to produce a printed roster of all, or the selected (range of), items in a given Entourage folder. There is an application called ³print window², but this seems to print only what is on the screen at the time and my folders contain lots more than fit on a single screen. There are also hints of how to print a list of items in a regular Finder folder, but the ³folders² in Entourage are not the same as those outside its database AFIK relative to this quest. (I doubt if this matters, but I am still using Entourage 11, latest version and OS 10.4.11, on the laptop where this Entourage database resides.)
To be clear: I do not want to print the items themselves (which could be voluminous and destroy many forests), just the listing (actually, I¹d likely convert to pdf and not print at all once in a print format).
