Take a look at my 'summarise messages' script at http://www.barryw.net/scripts

It will place a short, tabular text summary of selected messages on the 
clipboard for you to paste into your favourite word processor fro printing.

Create a new folder on the Desktop. Click on the folder you want in
Entourage to display its messages and 'Select All'. Drag the selected
messages to the new folder on the desktop and drop them. Open a new
TextWrangler document and drag the folder containing the Entourage messages
into the TextWrangler window and drop it. Your messages' subjects will be
displayed in an alphanumeric sorted list. TextWrangler is a very powerful
tool and is available (free) from
