I am working on a project with a group of highly experienced MS Word users. Our work flow is to have one Mac MS Word document projected on one screen, and another PC MS Word document projected on another screen. In both cases, the commander of each keyboard is highly experienced with MS Word on both platforms, and has been using MS Word through each iteration back from the beginning. I have MS Word 2008 on the Mac, and have MS Word 2007 on the PC (in Windows XP in Parallels). "Focus group"? Come sit in on one of our meetings. What you'll hear and see is the standard cursing in such a context: "...Bill Gates! Where is that command? I could _always_ find it before. Now I can't find it. [Fourteen clicks later....] Oh... There it is. Now it takes me fourteen clicks to get there. Oh... Now it doesn't work. Bill, what have you done!" We mean no disrespect to Mr. Bill, but if you sat in an actual group of users, you would see that the the cry "Bill Gates!" translates to "MS Word is FUBAR." ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Roger S.
