Richard, I hope you get an answer to this. I used to have my Entourage synced to my iCal and Address Book which was then synced to MobileMe. MobileMe would send it to my iPhone automatically. About (6) months ago it stopped synching. I spent literally days trying to get this resolved at the Apple Store, Apple support and Microsoft Support. It still does not work. I can't get my Entourage to synch with my Address Book or iCal.
