The idea is to start with a primary source. Clean it up then add back other applications using sync one at a time. You select to erase all and use Entourage when you select sync. We've gone the extra step in actually erasing the files and not relying on sync to do that for us. The part that goes through the iPhone and MobileMe seems to be the trickiest especially if you didn't delete iPhone data. Export a backup of everything first. Once you get Entourage's data cleaned up, export as .rge contacts and events. If something goes wrong you can import them back into Entourage and try again. Sync Services is part voodoo. Good luck. -- Diane -- YouTalk mailing list List address: [email protected] List information: http://entourage.mvps.org/support_options/list.html List moderator: [email protected], [email protected] To unsubscribe: mailto:[email protected]?subject=unsubscribe
