Font Book moves them to another folder to disable. Some users have found
they were automagically enabled again.

It's easier to just open the Library/Fonts/Microsoft folder and delete them
in the Finder. I added the instructions for using Font Book for those that
want to see it for themselves.

I see no purpose of keeping an older version of a font around. YMMV

If you ever have to re-install Office, you'll have to remove again.
