This sounds like a certificate error. Your IMAP mail is getting encrypted using SSL, which means Entourage is trying to verify the certificate presented by the mail server. However, the mail server's certificate is probably self-signed and you don't have access to the root certificate server to verify its authenticity. The message essentially means that, yes, your data is getting encrypted as it travels between your machine and their server. However, because you can't verify the authenticity of the certificate, you can't really be sure you are indeed connecting to the correct mail server or a rogue mail server trying to pick up your communications. Only the mail server's administrator can fix this.
