Your next step is to export the folders as MBOX files. Get this script:

Export folders as MBOX files (includes subfolders)
<http://www.entourage.mvps.org/downloads/scripts/jolly/Make_MBOX.zip>

Open 3 windows.

Entourage
Activity Monitor
Desktop

Start the script. You can watch it make the folders on the desktop. When the
script hits a folder with corruption it will stop. You know it's stopped
when the Microsoft Database daemon in Activity Monitor is 0.0.

You can move that folder to the bottom by renaming it and run the script
again to see if there are other folders or if it goes through until it hits
the bad folder. (the script always starts at the tops)

Once you identify a folder with corruption, you manually have to divide the
folder into subfolders and drag these folders to the desktop to make the
MBOX files. Check the number of messages for each folder and verify that the
correct number exported. This can be a long lengthy process.

It's lovely fun importing since you have to drag each folder in one at a
time. You'll need the Activity Monitor open to watch the daemon to see when
each folder has imported completely.

Tip: large folders might have to be subdivided to export. Folders over 2GB
can cause problems. Sent is generally one of those folder. I suggest making
subfolder by year. Sent 2009, Sent 2008, Sent 2007. This allows you to make
MBOX files of folders that will never change so you never loose this data.

Remember rebuilding your database does not fix everything. I always advise
moving into a new Identity and only rebuild when the current problem
database won't open.

Hope this helps!
