This a good example of why I am moving to Apple's Mail, to avoid anything like this "getting lost in translation".
Obviously, MSFT's Entourage Replacement in the next Office will have to work hard to make it all work with iPhone/Mobile Me. They will be swearing to the customers that it does, but then, what if something's not working? The customer goes to Apple Store, where they'll say - sorry we don't Support Office, contact MSFT. So then it's back to Lists like this, but never really Live In Person Help, or a Phone Support, vs. Apple's Genius Bar...
