Thanks a lot, William! Your Reply pretty much confirms my guess, except you have articulated this Me.com bug better then me...:)!
As I am now battling with Me.com's Junk Filters losing my messages (see my original post), I am going to bring this up to their attention... Wish they did phone support, so this > Saga didn't have to be dragged out into weeks worth of Who's On First Comedy of Errors, where they feel my pain all the way to online chats, instead of TELEPHONE:)! Now comes to think of it, when I pasted one of my Entourage Signatures that has < > links in it, those links displayed OK, but, where not not clickable... When I sent a message to myself from Me.com, those links were clickable, I think. I don't remember for sure. The < > links trick is something I've been using to make sure that my links were FOR SURE clickable, and not broken, in case of long links... That worked for years, but now, that email programs are getting smarter, it looks like < > links in Plain Text Messages are getting mangled by Me.com and maybe other sites too... Also, http://bit.ly and http://tinyurl.com are now almost default for abbreviating the links... Let's see what their Tech Support Says... Meanwhile..., this format http://apple.com without links works everywhere now, i.e. It's clickable, I think. It is for sure clickable in More Info on YouTube. On Facebook it works with both <> and without...., I think. > From: William Smith <[email protected]> > Reply-To: YouTalk mailing list for discussion of Microsoft Entourage > <[email protected]> > Date: Tue, 27 Jul 2010 19:45:43 -0500 > To: YouTalk mailing list for discussion of Microsoft Entourage > <[email protected]> > Conversation: > is replaced by > at the end of links in email + Me.com > Junk Filter > Subject: Re: > is replaced by > at the end of links in email + Me.com > Junk Filter > > On 7/27/10 11:38 AM, "ARKADY" <[email protected]> wrote: > >> My suspicion is that it has something to do with the changes at Me.com >> Mail...
