Will buyers of Office 2008 be refunded the $120? Microsoft really, REALLY needs to look at different pricing. SERIOUS consideration should be given to selling A, ONE only, SINGLE OFfice product. Shades of the Model 'T', 'any colour you want as long as it is black'. Same thing here, make it full blown. Let users decide what they need/want to use. If a home user doesn't even have a clue what Exchange is, so what? It is like all those other 'hidden features' in almost any software sold nowadays that unless you're going to use it, you don't care that it is even there. When you DO care is as in my case when I suddenly needed Exchange support and the Office product I had didn't have it. Given that 'time is money', the time I spent trying to resolve this over the phone etc was proving to be more expensive that simply paying for the Home and Business software. Ridiculous. The fact that I have to pay extra for Exchange support for a Microsoft product when Apple offers the same support built into it's software is, to me, absurd. Thi nk of the KISS principle and apply it.
