Every version of Entourage that I've used has imported my previous version's data without me losing anything. I never made the leap from Office X to Office 2008 (skipping Office 2004) but I heard many folks had issues with that although it was a supported upgrade path. My suspicion is that Outlook will only upgrade the two prior versions of Entourage (2004 and 2008). Of course, I can't say how well it will do this. It's in Microsoft's best interest to make this easy and make it work well. Of course, if it doesn't then we always have Diane. :-) She's become the master of stubborn conversions. Microsoft has already announced the end of the monolithic database with Outlook 2011. Messages will be stored as individual files making Time Machine backups, or really any backup solution, much easier. -- William Smith -- YouTalk mailing list List information: http://www.entourage.mvps.org/support_options/list.html List moderator: [email protected], [email protected] To unsubscribe: mailto:[email protected]?subject=unsubscribe
