Thank you for the confirmation comments on my understanding of the Entourage and Time Machine situation. With regard to the drop and add. I tried that at the Apple Store with the demo Outlook and the message did show up on the desktop but always openend as a Mail document I receive number of messages in ASCII format and do not want them opening as a mail file. Maybe I need some more time with Outlook.
