Are you suggesting that SP1 will restore a lot of the functionality that was present in Entourage and is now missing in Outlook? If that is the case, it makes me wonder why MS would risk alienating long-time users by charging a hefty fee for a half-baked "new and better" solution, which, in reality, forces users to waste a lot of time trying to find workarounds for the product's shortcomings, only to have them all or mostly fixed later in SP1. They could have saved a lot of people a lot of dissatisfaction by simply delaying the first release until the product was really ready. Maybe the thinking was to just get it out before Xmas no matter what, to boost their year-end sales figures, and long-time customers be damned..... I haven't looked into this yet, but I bet that trying to migrate all the email that has accumulated in Outlook the past several days back into Entourage will also not be a walk in the park, right?
