Status Update:
You may have noticed that September went by, together with CPython 3.13 which
was released earlier this week, so we’re currently behind “schedule”.

I think most of the large PRs we wanted in were merged already, but a couple of
them remain up for review.
We also have a couple last minute bugs that’d be really great to fix if there’s
a chance it could save us from doing a 4.4.1 a month from now, and I’d like to
get a chance to work on those.
As I personally have a lot going on these days, with many packages to update
for Python 3.13 a(f)t(er) the last minute, I really don’t mind postponing yt
4.4.0 for a couple weeks still.
Please have a(nother) look at the current state of the milestone if you and are
able to help with reviews

In the meantime, I propose to aim for the actual release sometimes during the
week of October 28th, and hopefully we don’t need to postpone any further than
that 🤞🏻

Cheers,
Clément
