After a lot of playing around and testing different email servers (like 
CPANEL an others) and different server names (like outlook.office365.com, 
imap.office365.com etc'), i have noticed that office 365 accounts return an 
error when Zammad tries to fetch email messages.
We are using Hebrew language so it might be an encoding issue... the 
problem is that there is no further lead with the error message itself.
