Solved 54M rate,i have to set rate twice(sigh!) 
But afterall i consider driver support for zyxel 220 a success
ok leds don't work,but is not a serious problem
the only problem are statistics now.
Driver is more stable than old zd1211 driver
and more important=quality of signal is strong 
there is no noise and signal is 99/100  :)
