I've ported the vendor driver ZD1211LnxDrv_2_16_0_0 to 2.6.20-rc2. I'll post the patch shortly. I definitely fixed a few bugs that were revealed by using a newer gcc.
Vendor driver is working at exactly the same speed as rw1211rw. But I have a new clue, if I tell the driver to use 54M it refuses to set a speed over 24M. This is even with the node and the AP 12 inches apart. I'm still getting 10Mb/sec copy throughput, when on Windows I got 19Mb/sec. But my session has never been dropped like happens with zd1211rw. With a 19Mb/sec throughput on Windows the link speed has to be over 24M, it is probably at 48M. I'll add some debug code and see if I can figure out why it can't set a rate over 24M. -- Jon Smirl [EMAIL PROTECTED] ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Take Surveys.
