I have tried in 2.6.22 kernel also, but the result was same.

Daniel >zd1211rw does not support ad-hoc, this is noted on the driver
homepage.

 

Is there any versions of zd1211rw will support ad-hoc mode? 

 

I am trying with manage mode now. Let you know the results after that.

I wouldn't recommend doing that, use a more recent kernel instead.
