Same on my WinXP SP3 100% same zekr java and even OS-distrib works on another comp. This really may be proxy issue, don't now how to fix it. local address of machine 192.168.0.2 connects to internet tru proxy on 192.168.0.1:8080, - usergate, no settings on ie, just firefox proxy settings.
