Good morning to all,

FUU meditate with our Fremont Center, CA. He married a Japanese; speaks
Japanese; experienced Soto Zen; teaches several Japanese and Chinese
Martial arts in San Francisco.

This is what he shared with us about Ki(Japanese) and Chi(Chinese)

This is what he witnessed....

Chi is the thread, bridge, common ground, unifying our body, mind and
spirit. Without Chi, sitting is just a mind game. We call it withered zen.
