Mayka, It is the title of a book. You can just type in the name on Google, you will find it, but not a complete one, only some pages. I borrowed it from a local library. I am not sure if you can find it somehow in your country. In my opinion, the quality of the book is so so. The part on Tantra I referred to contains vague words, but you can deduce that the Tantric monks have sex with a 16 year old girl, and try to make it 'sacred'.
