Even for an English speaker it's a time-consuming talk to cope with zillions of e-mails. Ask Bill how he gets away with receiving no e-mails at all from Yahoo groups. A Theravada or Tibetan buddhist teacher might probably recommend concentration meditation (samatha) to attain the state of 'calm abiding.'
