Even for an English speaker it's a time-consuming talk to cope with
zillions of e-mails. Ask Bill how he gets away with receiving no e-mails
at all from Yahoo groups. I myself have received no e-mails from Yahoo
groups for several years now.

I can't imagine anyone coping with all these e-mails without expending
much time and energy.

The real world, which Bill refers to as the illusory world, *is*
samsara. I think TNH or any other Zen master would recommend more zazen
to calm the mind.

A Theravada or Tibetan buddhist teacher  might probably recommend
concentration meditation (samatha) to attain the state of 'calm
abiding.'
