ED, No. That is not a 'rule' of the Zen Forum. The forum has no rules other than the general ones that apply to all Yahoo! forums.
The focus of this forum is Zen Buddhism, although even that is not strictly enforced. I'm not saying you shouldn't post as you've been posting. I think there are members of this forum that do like posts referencing other information online, in fact I know there are. Edgar, the co-moderator, is someone that immediately comes to mind. All I meant to say with my previous post is that these kind of posts are not interesting to me (and evidently Mel and Mayka) so don't expect a response. I like to see a posts which describe personal experiences that the poster beleives are relevant to zen. You are a valuable and welcome contributor.
