That's a good reply!  Praise can be just as damaging as scorn.  The key is you 
just should take either one of them too seriously.

If you and your doctor think the medication is helping you then you certainly 
should continue it.

As far as the zen I practice is concerned things like medication are just part 
of your life.  They are part of your reality.  Like OCD - or cancer or AIDs or 
lupus or poor eyesight or having a really, really good verticle jump.  They are 
all just part of your reality.  You just need to accept them and try to embrace 
them.
