i try to see beyond the surface..i look within..i see the cell... i draw the interior "landscape" of our being and of this world...as a kid i was never interested in realistic art..i made mandalas...i did not know what they were. .art school in sydney beat the crap out of you... drawing "bloody" plaster casts of greek gods and goddesses ..then we progressed to drawing..real life nudes...beware if you drew only with one line and did not add the shading etc... meanwhile...swinging in new york art schools..it was jackson pollock..abstract expressionism... freedom... to do and say. .artists worth their salt... open the doors of perception...visions. realities...they are creators keep practising as joe would say...practise practise cheers merle Don't worry about it, Merle. It makes my school book sketches look like they came from the under-achieving doodle artist that I am. ....You sure you don't know anything about certain cacti?
