Yes..i was just reflecting on my own misery...for 2 weeks i have not been
able to open my mouth sufficiently wide enough and it is so painful..to chew..i
am in the process of dental work and a crown... the mouth was opened for one
half hours first up and then half an hour 5 days later.
.. my muscle in my right hand side of face is swollen and extremely painful
when it comes to trying to even get a baby toothbrush in to clean..
...so what have i learnt.?
.how to puree food..how to enjoy every single morsel.... because the process to
put the food into mouth is so painful..to enjoy yogurt which previously i
disliked......i also began re reading my old zen books...and have begun with
"how to tame an ox"...and "zen soup"
 time to take stock
so when you open your mouth wide tonight to enjoy your food and chew chew
chew... think of me
you only know the value of this wonderful experience until you loose it

I saw this quote on Facebok and though of our lengthly debate between our
variously awoken folks who cannot stop annoying and being annoyed by each
others garbage. May all be well.
Perhaps we can understand sometimes people like Vipassana and sometimes people
like a pathless cessation?
Though it has been very interesting to read it all.

“Life always gives us
exactly the teacher we need
at every moment.
This includes every mosquito,
every misfortune,
every red light,
every traffic jam,
every obnoxious supervisor (or employee),
every illness, every loss,
every moment of joy or depression,
every addiction,
every piece of garbage,
every breath.
Every moment is the guru.”
