It's good to hear some spoken Chinese again.  And that method of separating egg 
yolk from white is great.

What if you vacuum-up the white, instead?

Is it with the discriminating mind that we separate eggs?  Even an enlightened 
chef needs just the whites for egg-drop soup.  Delicious.
