Good word; I've got to learn to use it.

Maybe just say: "We've come a long way, Baby."

(If I have to hear the song, I prefer the song without the video images, the 
way I always heard it: on the radio.  More "classic" that way, without the 
gratuitous video "story".  ...Blasting out of New York City stations.  Not my 
fave fare, but brings back memories of the time.  I think "MTV" was the 
ruination of pop-music, and the musicians).
