Merle,
Many of us died to the small self and the small mind more than once.
I'm glad we are in your company. Practice is endless, and so is realization.
Don't stop anywhere.
And so, the Diamond Sutra teaches:
"Abiding nowhere,
let the Mind work."
Don't stick anywhere. Constantly, bring forth This mind; encourage it.
Practice clarifies the mind, and the world. It's a package deal. The package
has always been very, very large. Yet, all contained where the thumb-tips
touch in zazen, or in the third-eye after awakening.
Have a look at a Buddha statue: there is nothing magical there: it's all
Physiology. Not *academic* physiology, but physiology from the INSIDE.
And so I say, "Don't stop".
Be well! Stay healthy. May the Dharma keep you.
We're pulling for you. This One being.
