edgar, joe and bill!!!!!!!.. we all have "something to say"..being strong personalities with firm ideas and beliefs..and commitments to zen!!!!!!!!!!! however this does not mean we are not open to vigorous and joyful debates. let's not get into the pig trough! let's lighten up indeed. is that not the true nature of zen? sitting cross-legged in "darkened rooms on hand woven mats, sniffing incense listening to gurus and striving to reach enlightenment" surely as edgar so aptly puts it..there is the REAL world that we must meet every day when we rise from our slumber.. that is the test. .how is your zen practice then? do i harp too much on my own little visions probably.. but don't we all?.... :- :- .ho hum pig's bum...:- another day at the circus of life... merle Hi Merle, They are heavily mired like pigs in the mud of their comic book Zen and when we try to pull them out into the world of REAL Zen they protest mightily and squeal over the thought of being extracted from the comfort zone of their favorite wallow!
