Dear Sirs,
Apart from blaming parents, I wanted an explanation on the religious concepts.
According to Bhagavad Gita all things in the world are happening as
per the will of god, not even a dead leaf fly without the knowledge of
God, if this is true, then the rapes are happening with the knowledge
of god. Then why was it not prevented by god.It means it is due to bad
karma of that girl, she has to undergo this torture.
If I look back human history, there were good people and bad people.
And bad people cause pain to good people first and good people in turn
give back same pain to bad people. Look at Ramayana & Mahabharata.
This is what I have learned from these i.e. people injure each other,
no matter whether they are good or bad. Only difference is bad people
do first and good people do in return or second.
Only Buddha and Jesus Christ taught non-violence to love every other
human being irrespective of whether they do good to you or bad to you.
So looking at Hinduism teaching it appears to me as if it is very
primitive. Its teaching will not end human suffering, because it
teaches tit for tat. By this ‘tit for tat’ attitude action and
reaction continues and never dies. So if we drop our religion and
follow Buddha principles I hope there can be end to this human
suffering. Even Jesus taught the same as Buddha, so we can take up
Buddha teaching as he is being first and close to Hinduism.
No matter what law we enforce, if we don’t change our cultural values,
it will continue.
