Wm.,
Now, now.
Doctors are really good at small problems, too. The smaller the better, and
that's why I suggest this, first. I worked a lifetime as a Scientist, and am
not squeamish about working toward things in a practical way. But any fault in
my delivery is mine.
Forgive me for suggesting the simple things first. I'm talking about a
nutritional assessment. This ought to be easy to understand, and it would be
good to eliminate the possibility of it, first thing, ASAP. Iron shortage can
do *just* what you are talking about. If you have a Doc already and *know*
that you are in GREAT health -- through blood tests -- then I think you can do
the next thing(s), which is not as simple.
For that, others here can suggest other things.
Don't let my ignorant suggestions turn you away. I'm just one in a crowd: The
wisdom of the crowd is not all found just in one innocent dude. It's just that
I piped-up first, and have VERY little info to go on, about you. I only
suggest eliminating the simple things, first (that's my Scientist head
talking). I don't mean any insults by suggesting a physical medical checkup.
We all need 'em. ;-) I know *I* do.
Please don't jump to conclusions or feel yourself the victim of a criticism,
which is *not* what I offered you.
It's good to see you here, and I hope Zen practice will be a boon to you, as
well as to us all. That's also why I am here BTW, as a pretty recently-joined
member of this discussion group.
I'll pipe down now and hope you'll post with some of the other more helpful
folks here.
Good luck, and with wishes for strong practice,
--Joe
