Don't be hasty, please.
In the Zen tradition literature, there is INDEED the admonition that was
discussed briefly, and which Chris interpreted helpfully here. Did you miss
the interpretation?
The admonition is: "If you meet the Buddha, kill the Buddha." I cannot and
will not add to the interpretation that Chris provided.
So... after learning this, do you still have a point you wish to make? I note
that you have made no point so far, but instead you have made a good display of
your lack of knowledge. Fortunately, that is not the kind of "Ignorance" which
really hurts us and others in day-to-day life! So you may have *something* to
contribute, if you put your mind to it, instead, rather than to cast
aspersions. This is as I see it, a friendly separate entity. With hopes,
