Mike, The 'sweet' is indeed just that. However I'm a little worried about you associating 'sweet' with 'good' and then maybe 'sour' with 'bad'. These are all relative terms and can be associated with each other, especially rhetorically.
Yes, the 'trick' is to make every moment a 'strawberry tasting' moment, but not becoming attached to the perception of the taste as sweet, sour, good or bad. It's Just THIS! I'll have to add for Edgar's sake because he seems to always misinterpret what I say that this does NOT mean to deny, ignore or reject the perception of sweet, sour, etc...; but just not to form attachments to it. These perceptions/qualities are illusory.
