I certainly try to be in the 'here and now' as much as I can.

I don't comment much on Suresh's posts because I don't have anything to say, to 
add.  If he or anyone else makes comments on zen I might respond, but Suresh 
does not seem to be making his comments on zen - at least as far as I can 
understand.
