Mike,

The man (father) should have equal right to choose whether or not the woman 
carrying his child has an abortion or not SO LONG AS he bears the legal burden 
to support the child. If the state thinks it's purely the woman's right then 
the state must bear the legal responsibility to support the child with the 
mother and the father should bear NO such responsibility.

This is justice because it's what is obviously fair...
