When tired, sleep. When hungry, order in pizza with the lot and 2 lots of garlic bread (because one is never enough).. and you definitely have to finish that lot off with the taste of chocolate (otherwise it`s not really a `balanced` meal). Oh, and your choice of coke or pepsi. Mmm, now that`s a moment I can easily be at one with. Mike.

I am not a fat monk, but i play one on TV :-)

Anyway, there is a genetic disorder that causes either a lack of, or an
overabundance of the hormone that tells people that they're hungry.

It is VERY difficult for these people to stop eating, because the stomach
always tells the brain that it is hungry. I don't apologize for all fat
monks, but there are all kinds of reasonable western explanations too as
to why people eat to excess. There are some genetic explanations too.

I see some aspects of Karma as explained by psycho-social history and
genetics.

Some of us have much larger attachments to overcome than others.
