I couldn't agree with you more. For example, if a
seeker asks the Master about the essense of reality,
the Master may reply: "Mind-only". The next seeker
approaches the same master and asks the same question,
the Master may reply: "No-mind." Seemingly totally
contradictory, but in essence, coming from the same
source.
However, I tend to disagree with you that form and
substance are in any way different. This is where I
suspect our contention may lie.

Since I don't see how are substance and form
different, I would tend to agree with you on this one.
If you could explain to me and demonstrate how are
form and substance different, then I would be
compelled to add something to the proceeding. But as
it stands now, I think it is perfectly clear.
