Buddha may not have said that it was his exclusive path, but
it was the path that he invented, discovered, mapped out, walked on, ate at,
wrote and talked about, lived and slept in, etc.
You are either a virgin or you are not a virgin, you cannot have it
both ways. There is no other MAJOR RELIGION (with ONE BILLION or more
followers) that lays any claims to enlightenment. So maybe Buddha did not want
the path that he discovered, but nobody else wants it either. It is Buddhist by
default.
