I just find it interesting that Zen folk are some of the chattiest folk I've come across. I enjoy this list, in spite of the "garbage". Just don't think it helps attain enlightenment. Seems to me there is a lot of thinking and talking about it and not enough doing it. This "outlet" helps preserve the illusion of "Right Efforting". I'm not saying all, but maybe most.
