Dear Demian, I have known Al on several lists for several years.
I consider him a virtual friend. Sometimes I do defend him. I am glad you find that interesting. I am quite certain Al can defend himself, sometimes it is nice to know you are not alone however. I sometimes do something to support someone rather than just mindlessly tear them down. It does surpise me that you find the activity of doing something to support someone intersting. Maybe someday you will be moved to actually move to actually doing something about your feelings. Perhaps there is hope there after all.
