Using the word "knowing" that nothing particular continues was misleading. Although seeing or sensing would probably get the same response from you. It can't be put in words. When the cow is seen or the camera is smashed, there is a loss of the assumption that there is anything particular that continues through time. How that loss can arise in each moment, I don't know. Even the sense of loss of illusion seems to be something added.
