Well I'm new on this list. Hi everybody. But not to lists in general, and I observe that there is way more of the kind of contention that was complained about at the beginning of this thread (or the thread that turned into this) in lists like this (not that there is any other list just like this) than in lists about car repair or stamp collecting or whatever.
