Hi Fudo, you say somewhere above that an attachment is "very
relative and based upon limited information" , do you know of any
teaching that deals with a limited information that in many cases
can not be known since it will be the equivalent to know the future,
and how to remove the relativity that impose one's wishes.
In another post I explain that I am confronted with the real or it
looks like that, need of closing my shop in witch I feel like I am
at home, the attachment is huge, but there is this nagging conundrum
"it does not make money but it could and again it does not make
money but it could, repeating again and again until one feel sick"
of course one can not know the answer but it looks stupid to loose
one's own source of making a living, yes it is not giving money to
live now, but it could.
I know that one do not own anything not even the body, that
everything is just to be used for the moment, so to be attached to
it is stupid but being a possible source of one's living it looks
too important.
Anyway, it looks as the fear of not knowing what the future will
bring is there too.
It is funny, when I read what I wrote looks like I write the
question and the answer, but still the decision escapes, obviously
decision making has something to do with the shop not making money.
This can go on for ever,
Someone said that mind makes a hell out of heaven and a heaven out
of hell.Was totally right.
It looks that what Alex said , that I have to get rid of the self is
right, not that I need to get enlightened by tomorrow but I have to
find the way to get the self out of the equation, even if it is for
this occasion, that could be done by intensifying daily
practice, here comes the evil voice inside asking would not be this
ignoring the problem? it really can go on forever.
