Dear Carlos, What about getting some consulting or mentoring about your business? There are free resources, often through Chamber of Commerce or Small Business Administration. If you are a member of an identified minority there may be programs around. A huge percent of small businesses go down, but sometimes you can get through the hard times with strategic planning and marketing. It would at least give you some practical input to help in making your decision.
