1. I normally figure that if you are too incompetent or lazy to type in 
a word into a search engine, there is not much use in providing you a 
link to learn something, and even less that you will find it useful.

2. It is best to begin a zen practice in the way the master of the 
center of your choice would like you to. (go to the nearest center and 
visit. They will provide all the instruction you need..zen is a practice 
that includes practicing with a group and a teacher....this is last time 
I looked a zen list.)

3 In the odd chance that you are a lazy JR High School student not 
interested enough in the project you are working on to do the research 
yourself, or are handicapped in doing so by some mental or physical 
problem, I will provide a link just so you will stop whining.

4. If something is worth doing it is worth doing right, and starting out 
with information from a web list is just not doing things right.
