My 1st post on this forum was asking for help about meditation. the 1st reply i read was a negative one, that surprised me for i was under the impression that Zen-Buddhism was positive, ego free type of religion. Boy was i wrong, there seems to be people that post in here that may know and understand the words but dont live them like they were meant to be. i myself am included, i know and understand about helping myself but that doesnt mean i always do it. its a learning process and little by little i move forward, i have a long long way to go on my journey and i realize this but some here do not. On a positive note i have read several good posts for which i look forward to coming back and enjoying others.CHEERS!- to an ego free society, what a better place this would be.
